L.E.A.D

The purpose of L.E.A.D organization is to assist young women within the Residential Communities while developing skills to become prominent leaders within their classes and communities. Young women will develop leadership of critical, moral, and courageous thinking, along with public and communal responsibility and vision, which commends the value of democracy.
